Friendly staff and my room was super clean! I was very comfortable during my stay, my room had plenty of space

Staff was very helpful and friendly! They are located in the heart of downtown so it was very convenient.

I find the room is really comfortable, but size wise, it would be perfect for 1 person. 2 persons occupying the room would be too tight (room size and bed size). I traveled solo back then, so it was perfect for me. I have no complain on the heater setting.

The staff was very nice. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which gave us more time to explore Kanazawa. The bed was decently comfortable and the view was nice. The location was also within walking distance to most major sights in Kanazawa.

The room is small, which is not surprising for a city in Japan.

The sleeping is uncomfartable - no dark shades and very bright light on the street. The ventilation did not work well. The room was tiny. And the price was way high.

Reviews about room temperature is correct. The room can be quite hot but that can be said about most Japanese hotels however these rooms thermostats are centrally controlled by the hotel so you cannot adjust.

Plenty of nearby convinies, restaurants, bars, etc. The room was very clean and it had a convenient washing machine/dryer service, would recommend!

Great place to stay. Good location to walk to the castle and gardens. Fish market too was walkable although there is a bus. Bus from train station.

Centralized A/C system only so cannot adjust room temperature by yourself. Heater was so hot that i cannot sleep

Amazing breakfast. We loved trying all the local specialties,! Evening drink was great, too! Bed was comfortable,. The hotel was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Ninja Temple. Lots of good dinner restaurants are open after 5/6pm.

We stayed in a "family room" and the bathroom was soooooo small. Even getting into bathroom was a little hard.

Room was so hot I couldn’t sleep. It was a sauna. Asked at the reception to reduce the temperature they said it was not possible. I had to sleep with open windows facing a super busy street. Didn’t sleep at all.

The room was good but the surrounding neighbourhood was very noisy at a low floor level. They offered ear plugs and it was definitely needed.

Well located, comfortable and welcoming environment! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

you have to guess everything, hard to understand how to get in

The bathroom walls were dirty. The duvet comforter had stains on them. The staff seemed reluctant to give out water when I asked, despite there being a box of water bottles behind the counter in plain view of the guests. I stayed at this hotel a week prior and they were ready and willing to give away water without being asked. Service is inconsistent.

The room faced to the back, facing to some machinery, not nice at all, but I'm sure the rooms to the other side have a better view.

The staff were kind and explained everything very well during check-in. Great job! Plenty of amenities in the room, including a phone charger that was super helpful! The refreshing shower was my favorite! The location has plenty of eateries for food lovers, and entertainment joints for those who like hanging out.

1. I was told i cannot book breakfast for the next morning because the place was sold out ?2. Needed to use a computer to check something because had some issue with my laptop, told it wasn't available. Which is no problem but when I asked is there anywhere i can find internet cafe i was told there isn't one. Well eventually i managed to find official internet cafe and managed to secure materials that i couldn't from my laptop.

Overall it was a good hotel.

The front desk staff requested to see a copy of my foreign registration card. This is illegal under Japanese law. The front desk staff needs better training in this area.
